It’s never too late to do sth. 做某事从来都不是太晚。
too…to…结构，表示“太……以至于不能……”为否定含义，
此句中包含双重否定，never以及too…to…结构，加强肯定语
气，更有说服力。

He is too lazy to get up early.
他太懒了以至于不能早起。
